Much evidence in the past decade has implicated lifestyle as the major contributing factor to heart disease.  This is good news because it means you can significantly improve your health using nutrition and lifestyle.

Cholesterol reduction through nutrition, nutritional supplements, herbs and stress reduction has been proven through research. I use a combination of these therapies for reducing cholesterol and improving cardiovascular health. Cholesterol levels are tested at the start of the treatment and then again 6 weeks later, to assess results.
